A downloadable project for Windows

It's a project that I wanted to make for some time and here it is.

This is a Minimap that is inspired from the Cockpit Scanner from the game "Elite: Dangerous"

You can use the source code (game maker: studio 1.4) but there are not many comments so it can be hard to read.
